    Bertram Holder gained a degree in mechanical Engineering from Tech. University Graz in Austria and worked as a project manager in power plants. He started working with Magna in 1998 and since 2010 has been responsible for Industrial Services. This post covers consultancy/Service (ME) and international contract manufacturing.

    Chen Jianwei is currently the Vice General Manager of Guangzhou Automobile Group Motor Co., Ltd. Prior to his current position he worked at Guangzhou Toyota Motor Co., Ltd. as Chief Inspecting Technician (Vice Chief Quality Officer), President of production department and Manager of the Zengcheng plant.

    Mr Chen has 39 years of senior management experience in the car industry, in both domestic and joint initiative car companies including ventures established with French and Japanese OEMs. Mr Chen has vast experience in production processes, logistics management, quality control, production line improvements and plant construction.

    Mathew Ma has an MBA and is a PMP (certified program management professional). He currently works at Lear Corporation as Vice President, China Seating Engineering and has previously worked as Vice President, Lear China Sales and Business Development and as Engineering Director of Lear China Engineering Center. Before joining Lear, Mathew worked at Johnson Controls International in the US as a Staff Engineer and Program Manager.

    Stefan Hulsenberg joined BMW in 1995. In the past 16 years, he has accumulated rich experience in different management functions in Planning, Projects, Quality and Manufacturing. Hulsenberg’s international career at BMW started in Plant Rosslyn, South Africa in 2001 and he built up Plant Chennai in India as Managing Director from end of 2006. He then moved to China in November 2009 and is currently responsible for Plant Dadong and Foresight as Vice President Manufacturing.

    Mr. Wu is in charge of lean management of Huayu Automotive Systems Co., Ltd., his responsibilities include lean system, supply chain improvement, Lean projects, IT system and etc.

    After gaining a Bachelor degree in Automotive Engineering from Tsinghua University in 1988 and a Masters in Mechanical Engineering in 1991, Wilson Ni joined Mercedes-Benz as a Training Instructor, moving to GM in 1995 as a Service Engineer/Manufacturing & Production Manager. He joined ASIMCO Shendian in 1998 as Export Manager/DGM, moving to his present post of President of ASIMCO International in 2001, and became VP - Global Sales & Marketing for ASIMCO in 2003.
